● Features and Scope:
Good overall performance, after quenching and tempering, high hardness and uniform, wear resistance, contact fatigue strength. Steel thermal processing, annealing after the ball has good machinability. Should make wall thickness ≤12mm, various bearing rings ≤250mm outside diameter, and ball diameter ≤50mm, conical, spherical roller diameter ≤22mm and all sizes of needle; also used in the manufacture of measuring tools, molds, woodworking tools

Mn Mn: 0.25 ~ 0.45
Sulfur S: ≤0.025
Phosphorus P: ≤0.025
Chromium Cr: 1.40 ~ 1.65
Ni: to allow the residual content ≤0.30
Cu: to allow the residual content ≤0.25
Mo Mo: to allow the residual content ≤0.08
Note: to allow the residual content of Ni + Cu≤0.50

● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat Treatment Specification: 850 ~ 860 ℃ quenching, oil cooling; 160 ℃ tempering 2h.
Microstructure: tempered martensite.
